Lately I have been noticing all the details that seem to really make a room or piece stand out. I love the little things that seem to catch your eye such as belts and buckles! I like the masculine edge a buckle can give to a piece and how it can be so transitional. Check out some of the buckled up pieces I found and tell me if you like detail too!
What an original idea to use buckles like this. I lespecially love the tray and the Anthropologie chair. It's the little details which really make a room special.
It is interesting I like it on accessories but not on window treatments unless it was being done maybe on a RL plaid in a very masculine, equestrian themed library, that could be really cool looking.....I love it tied around magazines or books, a great way to keep them together too:) Enjoy your weekend.
I love the equestrian feel of a leather belt and buckle. Thumbs up on this look!

Karolyn... love the look of these. My fave is the magazines. Talk about creating interest on a boring old book shelf!
ReplyDeleteWow! These are such brilliant ideas. I would definitely do some of these!
