Shade In The USA

I received emails inquiring on my post "made in the shade" and wondering if there is a USA company that makes similar for a more reasonable price. I found a wonderful company on Etsy that has great drum and gathered shades.  Check these out because they are fun and very reasonably priced!

SIZING: Shade width should be about 2x the size of the width of the base, example 9 inch base can have a 16 - 18 inch width shade.
Height of shade should be about 2/3 the size of the height of the lamp up to the socket.
example: 28 inch high lamp to the socket could hold a 16 - 18 inch 
high base.

      To figure out the right width for your shade, measure your lamp base and multiply by two. For a round base, measure straight across; measure diagonally for a square base. The widest part of your shade should be at least a half-inch wider than the widest part of your base on each side. And when you’re considering width, don’t forget location.
