Obsession-Green With a Dash Or Two Of Blue!

It all started with a fabric  sample - Green Robert Allen ribbed Velvet thatI placed down by accident next to a Chinoiserie vase! It was happen stance and I was instantly obsessed with the way the tones looked together, that was 2 days ago and I have been dreaming up gorgeous blue and green combinations in my head.  I needed to get it out so I can move on with other projects that are NOT green and blue! So here is my Stream of Green and Blue consciousness!!
I am also so excited to be heading to the book launch for Karen Lehrman Bloch's - The Inspired Home - Interiors of Deep Beauty, at Donna Karan's wonderful Urban Zen!  Hope to have some good Tweets  and Photos. Until then enjoy!

  2. That's funny I just saw some vivid green and blue fabrics yesterday and thought how fresh the combo still is. I've always loved the Grant K. Gibson green dining room with blue and white chinoiserie vases on the table!

  13. Karolyn, I too am in love with this color combo..even to the extent of navy and teal, or navy and turquoise- throughout my home. Those deep hunter greens are coming back I predict! Thanks for your commenting and continued support Karolyn, we really appreciate it. Have a great week.xo Nancy

  15. It's a wonderful and timeless color scheme. Love it so much that I redid my kitchen in blue and green for the One Room Challenge! Dying to add some hunter green walls somewhere too!
