If you haven't received the catalogue yet jump online and check out all the wonderful new pieces they have added. I think they did a very nice job creating vignettes that aren't too contrived and have interest. I would love to share my favorite vignettes from this catalogue and also the pieces I think would be great to have from each vignette. I again emphasize the need to mix old with new, good with best for the most creative result in a space. So although these vignettes make a wonderful space to replicate, use your creativity and mix a piece or two in with a great find from your local antique store or trade connection! WISTERIA
Are you surprised by my picks? I chose pieces that I dont see saturating the web already thus they remain interesting when mixed with your own pieces!
Happy Hump Day!
I love Wisteria catalogues and sit down and scour them like I do a magazine - they do an amazing job with their styling! I'm behind on my mail and haven't seen a lot of these pieces - love your choices! That magnolia mirror is calling my name...
ReplyDeleteGood morning, they have come a long way...and looking better than ever! I love their vignettes, very inspiring, hope you have a great day!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty - I love that black and white Moroccan table!
ReplyDeleteI get so focused on finding vintage pieces it's nice to be reminded of Wisteria. Great pieces...you've just made my life easier!

Great picks, Leslie. Love that desk. I think Wisteria is fantastic and your theory of "good, better, best" is so smart - I apply it to my wardrobe, too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday! XOXO
Wisteria does great vignettes, and I love this deconstructing exercise, it allows you to look at it differently. I love that final dresser, I think it would be so wonderful to arrange all of my jewelry, by color in those drawers. We bought a beautiful long narrow carved side table from Wisteria for our entry, it was the perfect size and has the most wonderful patina. People think it is ancient!
ReplyDeleteHi Karolyn, your picks are really great! I agree with you, the mix of old and new makes the space more creative and mesmerizing. Kisses dear xo
ReplyDeleteI'm the biggest fan, too, Karolyn!! The catalog came last week and I poured over each and every page…stunning picks!!
ReplyDeleteKarolyn I love all of Wisteria's bone inlaid pieces!

Karolyn... I love Wisteria! My sis sent me a ginger jar from there for Christmas. I used to frequent their outlet across from the airport in Dallas. Have a wonderful week! Do you believe it's snowing here?
ReplyDeleteAll of these are so beautiful! I agree with you I go with the good, better, best thought as well.

Ladies, you are all lucky, what a great shopping tool!! I don't know if it is available in Canada, but love their stuff and looks like an easy place to shop and reliable if they have what you are looking for...and the "good better best" approach ...so true, and so fun to mix and blend HI and LOW together...it is more real and definitely a chance for personal touch and unique blend.
ReplyDeletepleasure to read your post as always!!!
