We are designing a living room and things are finally starting to come together. We have built-ins done, Phillip Jeffries paper on the wall, and paint done. Waiting on pillows, accent chairs, banquette, tables etc. It is nice to cut costs when possible so finding these chairs were a gambling, but one that paid off! I was so excited yesterday to see the re-fabrication of the two vintage chairs that we found at Summit Antique Center in Summit, NJ. Before they were bright yellow, semi-tufted and lots of bullion fringe. Now they are clean and classic with Cowtan and Tout woven fabric, no tufting and a waterfall skirt! Cannot wait to post the final install photos when this room is finished! So, my work is done for this week, time to enjoy the long weekend! I wish everyone a great Memorial Day weekend!

These chair were actually in very good condition despite the lemon yellow velvet and fringe. |

We are so happy with the result! |

Bonus, they are comfortable as well! |
