Ode To A Labrador

Well this has been such a painful week for me so far. I am glad I had such a wonderful guest artist and was able to read some of my favorite blogs to take my mind off of losing my beautiful gentle giant this past Sunday. I can finally after a three heart wrenching days come to terms with this sudden unexpected loss. I am sure those who own Labradors out there know the loyalty, sweet disposition and just plain goofiness this dog can bring into our lives. He will be missed....Here are a few images of lovable  Labs in our lives.

Thank you for 10 1/2 fun filled years...

  1. I'm so sorry for your loss. Our two Tibetan Terriers are very dear and special to us. They are both older, and having difficulties with stairs, getting up, etc.

And Karolyn, many thanks for visiting my blog! Delightful to find you.
    Warm regards,
    Loi

  3. My sister has a lab, and she greets me every time I walk in their home. I am her buddy!
I lost my shih tzu in June, so I know what you are feeling. I still haven't been able to get another dog.
Grieve as much as you need to. IT is important.
    I'm so sorry.
