I find a commonality in most of the amazing design books that are out now, and that is the amazing attention to detail. We all know how a room comes together: walls, floors, moulding, floor covering, wall covering or paint , soft pieces, hard pieces, lighting and then last but most of all not least the details. It's that story telling vignette with groupings that draw us in and make us take a second look that really finish the room. I was so impressed by Timothy Corrigan's attention to detail that it made me rethink my process of groupings, etc. I thought I would share some of my favorite images of "Attention to Detail" today and ask what is your favorite little piece or detail that you love to add to a space in order to feel that it is complete! I am heading up to Family weekend in Saratoga this weekend, I hope to have some fun images to share by Monday. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
