EMERGING ARTIST LIZA HATHAWAY MATTHEWS AND THANKSGIVING FAVORITES ON FIRST!

I was so happy to receive a message from Liza H. Matthews about her art and her willingness to work with designers etc. She does lovely florals with mixed media on canvas. I find her work has an abstract edge to it yet retains it's femininity due to choice of color and subject. Liza also does true abstract paintings that are bolder in color choice and will appeal to the masculine side of decor! Please check her out on Facebook and if interested please call the contact information given.

I am also so happy to share 2 family traditional Thanksgiving recipes that I try to make each year!
The first one is a simple sweet potato recipe because my family prefers that to the yam and marshmallow which I know is good too!  I also included a yummy corn bread recipe, if you make your own  cornbread it will be twice and yummy!! Thanks you Alison for always having a great Favorite on First at - The Polohouse!
