Binge on Fringe!

I love detail!  You can take a simple sofa and make it look House Beautiful worthy just by adding a little fringe.  If the sofa is neutral or a bright color it will be fun not dowdy. One can even use a little fringe on ottomans or benches for an extra punch.  One of my favorite places for 8 inch fringe is Samuel & Sons many to choose from and a little tape trim added to sofa cushions will truly drive the look home! Here are a few of my favorites, have a great weekend!

  6. Fringe does add that touch that takes an everyday couch to something more elegant. We love Samuel & Sons ads in the shelter magazines - always so fun! We hope you had a wonderful holiday week and wish you a happy, healthy 2015!

  7. Oh ,Karolyn,
I so remember days ago, when I designed around an English cottage look and everything had fringe on it. I adore the movement fringe offers to a piece, and the body it adds. Hmmmm! You are making me rethink some fringe here? I am wondering if a piece or two could fit in, perhaps if it's vintage, tattered, and old it just might fit in :)

Thank you dear of loveliness for always taking the time to support my site and images, I am looking forward to all you inspire here this new year.

    See you soon

  8. Happy New Year, dear Karolyn! This post reminds me that it's been years since I've had any fringe worthy moments in my home. I had a round table with a similar fringe in cream, for years. I'm thinking it may be time to rethink fringe. Fun post!
    xx, Heather
