I have found a new love for aerial beach photography! There is something almost abstract and eye catching about these little bursts of color on a beach with water. When done large scale and paired together they make a wonderful conversation wall piece. I found a favorite beach scene photographer on Etsy, and although I would love to keep her to myself she is deserves to be shared. Her site is Minagraphy!
Born in Bucharest, Romania, Mina spent her childhood in the Theater and was influenced by the actors, costumes and dust props. In the Summer she spent plenty of time taking photos of the Black Sea with her little plastic camera.
Fascinated by movies Mina frames the world in overexposed imagery which captures the luminosity of her vision.
She now resided in New York City, where she fell in love with Coney island , which has become the subject of much of Mina's photography. Mina was featured at the Greenpoint Gallery in Brooklyn and numerous others on both East and West Coast.
Two pieces of her art works will be popping up in a room I am working on and I cannot wait to see them up on the wall! Check out some of my favorites from her extensive collection of fabulous
photos and be sure to visit Here!
