Forever flowers-Vieuxtemps Porcelain!

As we enter Autumn here in the northeast and our lovely flowers whither away i often wish I could be surrounded by lovely blooms all year long. Well, for a little well spent money I can have forever flowers with Vieuxtemps Porcelain flowers.  Although they are not real, and I am not a fan of faux floral arrangements, these are a work of art!  Simply gorgeous! Pamela Vieuxtemps Tidwell's flowers are an adaptation of the 18th Century style of Meissen and Chinese Porcelain. Each one is sculpted by hand and painted with rich glazes. The flowers are of porcelain as are some of the leaves and stems. The tole leaves and stems are made of copper. One can find these lovely floral arrangements on Taigan. Enjoy!

  1. Stunning, Karolyn! If you haven't looked at the selection of arrangements at Diane James Home, be sure and visit their site. I have a beautiful peony, and everyone thinks it is real. Gorgeous.
Thank yo for sharing these beauties. Headed over now.
