Create a Little Winter White!

I love Winter White this time of year, and pretty much all year long! There is something so peaceful about winter white interiors and even just touches of winter white added to existing rooms. White can actually be warm as well, not just cold and sterile! It all depends on texture and added touches that you can bring into your space. Here are a few of my favorite white rooms and some tips on how to add some winter white to yours! Enjoy!

Darryl Carter with touches of fur, bisque, linen etc!

Again one of my favorite DCarter rooms done in Huntington White- Benjamin Moore!

Loving the wallpaper of birch trees  by Casart Coverings!

I could not resist this DYI project with these whimsical white animal candle holders by Country Home Magazine!

A white fur throw adds instant warmth to an all white room! West elm!

Octagonal Sheep skin seems to be a theme with warm white interiors-Sheepskinfurs.com

French Bisque available at Jamie Shop!

Very affordable Bisque at Ballard Designs!

Ballard nubby throws, I love these!

Have to throw a great pale basket into a white room, Ballard as well!

Lovely White linen Drapery by Restoration Hardware.

Add a little edge to your white linen drapes with Samuel and Sons Taping!

If you want a bit of sophistication then add a Greek Key tape from Samuel and Sons!

Lastly by favorite white paint colors are: Benjamin Moore-Huntington White, Linen white, Acadia White, Snowfall white.

  1. So serene and beautiful. I especially appreciate white interiors during the dark wintery months. We're getting big fluffy white snowflakes in DC....so pretty!
