Ice Ice Baby!

We are covered in ice here in NJ!  A bit nail biting last night as we drove home from a christmas party, yet it was somehow still beautiful to look at!  As I look out at the glimmer imparted by the frozen trees and land I am drawn to things that remind me of ice! What things make you think of ice and it's subtle beauty? Ponder that and let me know your thoughts as you stay warm and safe wherever you may be!

  5. I live in So. Cal. so there is not much snow/ice here - but I recently visited my daughter and we got enough snow to last for days. I always thought just of the beauty of it - it is so magical looking ... until we had to drive in it (and just walk outside on that slippery ice!) and I realized how hard it must be to get around when it is not just a once in a while thing. We were cracking up trying to navigate the grocery cart though the parking lot! Be careful!
    Your ice images are gorgeous!

  10. Glad you made it hope safely. Our Christmases are typically more wet and green than white and sparkly, so the only crystal is on our table! Stay warm!! XO
