Feeling Foxy!

We all know that Summer is coming to an end! We don't want to admit it but Fall is around the corner. I even hear my little Fox friends have been making quite a ruckus lately in the evening, I think they know that their season is almost here! In Hunterdon County we have an abundance of these fluffy tailed sneaky little Foxes. I have seen them many a morning scurrying through my back yard and even chasing my poor Remy up a tree! I still can't help but love them. It is coming up on Hunt Season as well here in New Jersey. My daughter will occasionally ride with the Amwell Valley Hounds in a Hunter Pace, but never a Fox is caught, thank goodness!
Since the leaves will soon be changing and the colors will turn to a glorious rust I thought it fitting to pay tribute to the little Fox who will hide amongst the foliage during this soon to be Autumn. Enjoy!

A lovely Little Hunterdon Fox!

  4. What a fun and foxy post. I love all of these little fox finds. Happy to know that those foxy little guys have successfully eluded the hunt! The fun is all in the chase, anyway, right? Hope you enjoy these last days of summer, Karolyn! They are flying by too fast... XOXO
