Collected Cool - Jay Jeffers!

Among the fun gifts I received fo my birthday, books were top of the list! I love to read and my sister/partner knows my hunger for new design books. She hit the nail on the head with Jay Jeffers "Collected Cool", The Art Of Bold, Stylish Interiors.  Well, the title pretty much says it all. This wonderful book is chock full of interiors that exude Jay Jeffers' unabashed use of color and the art of mixing trend with tried and true! The use of fabulous antiques alongside a funky fabric and bold color choice make this book a true learning experience.  I tend to remain somewhat safe in my design choices and long to push the envelope a bit. Lucky Mr. Jeffers, he designs as if he is on a wonderful journey and his great clients happily have come along for the ride.  If you want to be inspired by color and textures and the right way to use trends this one is for you!

Last but not least one of my favorite images in the book!
